How are Payouts managed?

FTT Funded's prompt handling of payouts reflects its commitment to quality service and support for traders' financial success. However, delays in payment processing can occur if traders provide incorrect methods or addresses. In such cases, FTT Funded will contact clients within 24 hours to resolve the problem. However, if the delay exceeds this time frame due to erroneous information provided by the trader, the company will not assume responsibility.

Yes, a processing fee is applied to all Payout requests to cover transaction costs and associated fees incurred during the Payout process.

At what point does the 24-hour Payout processing period begin?

The 24-hour payout period in FTT Funded begins when the trader makes a withdrawal request and it is approved.

Will I receive a refund for the purchase of an account?

If a trader successfully completes the requirements and obtains a Payout on his FTT Funded account, he will be granted a reward bonus equal to the cost of his initial registration fee. This bonus must be requested as a Payout and will be processed together with the first withdrawal respecting the consistency rule.
